| Abstract: | The glutathione-S-transferase A1 cDNA was amplified from the total RNAs of human liver by RT-PCR, and inserted into plasmid pMG36e. The hGSTA1 was expressed in Lactococcus lactis MG1363 and verified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot, purified by affinity chromatography and showed enzymatic activity. |
