| 摘 要： | 综述了不依赖于培养的变性梯度凝胶电泳技术 (DGGE)分析微生物多样性的原理 ,并列举它的应用实例。DGGE和传统方法相比有很多优点 ,若将DGGE和其他方法结合起来 ,效果更好 ,应用更广泛。

| Abstract: | The principle of DGGE used to analyze microflora diversity was summarized. DGGE is one of the culture-independent molecular approaches. The application of DGGE was introduced. DGGE are more convenient and accurate than culture-dependent technologies in research on microbe diversity. Much better results and more extent applications will be obtained if DGGE is combined with other methods. |
