蝮蛇咬伤后伤肢肿胀与心肌酶谱改变的临床研究

Clinical Study Of The Relationship Between The Swelling of Limbs Caused by Snakebit And The Change of Mycardial Zymogram

Objectives To probe into the relationship between the swelling of limbs caused by snakebit and the change of myocardial zymograms. Methods The snakebit in patients after confirmed diagnosis were selected and divided into three groups, 20 cases each group depending on their swelling degrees:slight swelling, medium swelling and heavy swelling. As soon as all cases were hospitalized, their myocardial zymograms and electrocardiograms were measured. Results Among the 60 cases of snakebit patients, those with normal myocardial zymograms accounts for 13.3%, these abnormal 86.7%. In the medium and heavy swelling groups, the occurrence rate of abnormal myocardial zymograms is 100%.
