Abstract:The effect of cyanobacterial polysaccharides (from Cyanothece spp. and Cyanospira capsulata) on the binding of Helicobacter pylori to gastric epithelial cells was evaluated. The antiadhesive action on Kato III and HeLa S3 human gastric cell lines was established.
