| 摘 要： | 本文证明,猪脾Ro和La不仅分布在细胞质中,也存在于细胞核内。Ro的抗原性多肽为60kD,La为45—47kD(二条)、26—29kD(三条)、Ro和La在细胞质中以复合形式存在,而在细胞核内则相互独立。

| Abstract: | The paper showed that Ro and La of pig spleen were found in both cytoplasm and nuclei.The antigenic polypeptide of Ro was 60kD,while 45-47kD(2 bands) and 26-29kD (3 bands) being the antigenic polypeptides of La.In cytoplasm, Ro and La were found as acomplex; but in nuclei, they existed separately. |
