摘    要:系统地研究了细胞色素c在多种氨基酸和多肽修饰电极上的电化学反应。并对影响加速细胞色素c电化学反应的因素进行了讨论。

Abstract:The electrochemical reactions of cytochrome c were studied at the gold electrodes modified with various amino acids and dipeptides. It was found that most of amino acids and peptides studied can function as promoters for accelerating electron transfer between cytochrome c and the gold electrode. According to their promoter effects, the amino acids can be divided into three types. Alanine, phenylalanine and glycine are poor promoters. But the amino acid with S atom or dipeptide-modified gold electrodes behave with good and stable promoter effects.
