摘    要:针对红掌组织培养过程中易出现细菌污染的问题,进行多种抗菌素处理及二次升汞灭菌处理对细菌污染的防治比较试验。结果表明,用300mg/L青霉素+180mg/L链霉素溶液注射到培养基表面,能有效控制细菌污染,且对组培苗生长影响最小。

Abstract:Anthurium andraeanum is a good ornamental herbaceous plant and easy to be contaminated by bacteria in tissue culture. A comparative experiment treated with antibiotics and HgCl2 to control the bacteria contamination was made. The results showed that 300mg/L penicillin+180mg/L streptomycin could effectively control the contamination of sub-culture for Anthurium andraeanum and it had less effect on the growth of plantlet than any other solutions.
