| 摘 要： | 研究马杜拉放线菌的筛选,比较代表5类不同诱变剂UV,EMS,LiCl+UV和NTG的处理效果,经摇瓶验证,用NTG处理后经过初筛、复筛得到摇瓶效价比对照菌株高91.5％的诱变菌株348＃,稳定性考查后,在2.5m~3和50m~3发酵罐上进行试生产,效果显著,菌种代谢速度加快,效价比对照罐高60％,主要组分A组分的含量由91％增长到96.5％,提高了经济效益。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the economic benefit, we use five different substances (UV. EMS. Lid + UV. NTG) to induce Actinomadura yumaense sp. nov. After bottle shaking, the yield of the mutant 348 # induced from NTG is 91.5 % higher than maternal. Then begining fermentation enlarging experiment using 2.5m3 and 50 m3 ferment tank. The yield of the experiment is 60 % higher than the contrast tank and the content of maduramin A is improved from 91 % to 96.5 %. The economic performance has been increased. |
