猪胃的动脉分布

为了积累猪的解剖学资料以及为人胃的动脉分布提供比较解剖学依据，选用猪的离体内脏，将血管注射乳胶研究胃的动脉分布。结果表明，胃左动脉分为四种类型，来自脾动脉基部的Ａ型最多（５０．００％）；憩室动脉分为三种类型，来自脾动脉的Ａ型也最多（８４．３８％）；胃十二指肠动脉有六种类型，在第一肝固有动脉之后分出的Ａ型最多（４０．６３％）；胃右动脉有七种类型，在第二肝固有动脉之后分出的Ａ型最多（４３．７５％）；胃

Arterial Distribution of the Stomach in Swine

The gastric arterial distribution in swine was studied by means of injecting the latex with the colors into gastric arteries. There are four types of origin on the left gastric arteries. The type A that come from the base of splenic arteries is the most one(50.00%); There are three types of the origins on the disvericular arteries. The type A that come from the splenic arteries is still the most one(84.38%); There are six types of the origins on the gastroduodenal arteries, most come from the back of the first hepatic proprial arteries(type A,40 63%); There are seven types of origins on the right gastric arteries. The type A coming from the back of the second hepatic proprial arteries is most(43.75%); There are three types of the origins from the short gastric arteries. The type A which has same trunk with cranial splenic arteries is most(56.26%). Conclusion: There are similar ramifications and origins of gastric arteries in swine and human being, but the locations of the origins vary obviously.
