| 摘 要： | 肝移植是治疗终末期肝病的有效手段.而患者术后感染烟曲霉的发生率呈现逐年增高趋势.烟曲霉病与烟曲霉诸多致病因素和机体的防御之间的平衡有关.本文对这些致病因子、防御机制及预防策略进行了综述,为进一步研究烟曲霉病的发病机制和临床干预提供参考资料.
