红皮云杉外生菌根菌生物学特性的研究

摘    要:通过对红皮云杉 (PiceakoraiensisNakai) 4种外生菌根菌的生物学特性的研究 ,确定 4种外生菌根菌的生长所需最适温度、最适碳源、最适氮源以及最适pH值 ,以便应用于菌种的大量生产。试验结果表明 :林地蘑菇 (AgaricussilvaticusSchaeff.)和菌株L15生长最适温度相对较高 ,均为 30℃ ,属于耐高温菌 ;而菌株 0 31和菌株 0 0 9生长最适温度分别为 2 5℃和 2 0℃ ,属于中温菌。各菌株生长所需最适pH值均为 6 5。林地蘑菇生长所需最佳碳源为麦芽糖和蔗糖 ;菌株 0 0 9生长所需最佳碳源为蔗糖 ;菌株L15和菌株 0 31生长所需最佳碳源为葡萄糖。除菌株 0 0 9生长所需最佳氮源为硝酸钠外 ,其余菌株生长所需最佳氮源均为天门冬酰氨。

Abstract:The biological characters of 4 kinds of ectomycorrhizal fungi on Picea koraiensis Nakai were studied. Their optimum growth temperature, carbon source, nitrogen source and pH value were determined The optimum growth temperature of Agaricus silvaticus Schaeff. and strain L15 is 30 ℃. Therefore, they belong to high temperature fungi The optimum growth temperature of strain 031 is 25 ℃, and that of strain 009 is 20 ℃. They belong to moderate temperature fungi The optimum pH value of these fungi is 6 5 The optimum carbon source of A. silvaticus is maltose and sucrose, that of strain 009 is sucrose, and that of strain L15 and strain 031 is glucose Except for strain 009, the optimum nitrogen source of these fungi is asparagine , and that of strain 009 is NaNO 3
