| Abstract: | Acid phosphatase isozymes in ungerminated and germinated seedsof various species of wheat, including a monosomic series ofthe D genome, were analyzed by gel electrofocusing. The activationof a particular isozyme of pI 4 was observed only in the D-genomebearing species.
