无动物细胞条件下麻疹病毒与细菌共生培养的研究

摘    要:麻疹病毒在无动物细胞的199培养基内与甲型链球菌共生的条件下,能自主复制,并可无限地传代。用猴及人的“O”型红血球凝集试验方法进行实验的结果显示,其血凝滴度可超过1:1000,抗麻疹病毒免疫血清对所培养的病毒血凝抑制滴度为1:64。用此病毒免疫家兔所产生的抗体,对麻疹病毒的血凝反应可引起抑制作用。因此,可以说明在培养基内经共生培养所繁殖的病毒的确是麻疹病毒,证实麻疹病毒在无动物细胞的甲型链球菌共生

Abstract:It has been well known that the measles virus and alpha streptococcus could be coexisted in the throat of measles patients which indicate some kind special relationship among them.An attempt has been made to cultivate the measles virus in the alpha streptococcus symbiotized 199 tissue culture medium with successful results.The grown virus was been identifies with serious studies of morphology immunology and experimental works to prove that the passable viruses are undoubtedly belong to the measles virus.This result indicates that virus could be replicated outside of living cells under certain condition.
