宫颈癌组织中MMP-9和COX-2的相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在宫颈癌组织中的联合表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测72例宫颈浸润癌(ICC)、16例癌旁正常宫颈上皮(NCE)中MMP-9和COx-2的表达情况,分析MMP-9和COx-2与ICC病理分级、临床分期、间质浸润和淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的相关关系和偏相关性质。结果MMP-9和COX-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达强度呈正相关(rs=0.823,P=0.000)。MMP-9的表达强度与临床分期(rs=0.252,P=0.033)、病理分级(rs=0.343,P=0.003)和淋巴结转移(rs=0.370,P=0.001)呈正相关;相对于临床分期而言,病理分级是影响MMP-9表达更为关键的因素。COX-2表达强度与淋巴结转移(rs=0.249,P=0.035)和间质浸润程度(rs=0.278,P=0.018)呈正相关,但淋巴结转移是影响COX-2表达更重要的因素。结论MMP-9和COX-2在宫颈癌细胞增殖、浸润和转移中有协同作用。联合检测二者的表达对于进一步理解宫颈癌的生物学行为,判断宫颈癌的恶性程度、转移潜能和预后有指导意义。
