摘    要:通过花药培养首次获得了“中国春”phlb突变体单倍体,同时也获得了“中国春”单倍体。对其细胞学观察表明,前者花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ每个细胞染色体交叉为5.08个,后者为1.30个。证明了phlb基因在单倍体状态下具有强的诱导ABD染色体组部分同源染色体间的配对作用。

Abstract:For the first time, the haploid plants of Ch nese Spring phlb mutant and Chinese Spring were obtained by using anther culture. The meiotic study of the PMCs revealed that the haploid plants of Chinese Spring phlb mutant and Chinese Spring had 5.08 and 1.30 chiasmata/cell at mataphase I respectively, indicating that phlb gene had a remarkable effectiveness on inducing Iiomoeologous chromosome pairing of A B D genomes in common wheat. This shows that we can tranfer some genes from one genome to another among A B and D genomes of common wheat using haploid plants of Chinese Spring phlb mutant.Based on the number of chiasmata/cell in PMCs of haploid plants of Chinese Spring phlb mutant at mataphase I, the homceologous chromosome pairing between common wheat and its related genera and species can be estimated, when Chinese Spring phlb mutant is crossed with Us. related genera and species.
