海南木莲叶挥发油化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:分析海南木莲叶的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析。结果:共鉴定出49种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.99%,其中主要成分是橙花叔醇(16.44%);3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇(5.27%);3,7-二甲基1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(5.12%);α-丁香烯(4.97%)和丁香烯(4.48%)。

Abstract:analyzing the constituents of the chemical constituent the leaves of Anglietia hainanensis.Methods:Separating and identifying the constituents by GC-MS.Result:49 compounds from the essential oil were identified,which account for 99.99 % of total essential oils.The main constituents are 3,7-Dimethyl-(E)-2,6-octadien-1-ol(5.27%),3,7-dimethyl-1,6-Oc-tadien-3-ol(5.12 %),alpha-Caryophyllene(4.97 %),Caryophyllene(4.48 %).The content(16.44 %) of nerolidol is the highest.Conclusion: The present study of the essential oil from the leaves of Anglietia hainanensis provides a chemical basis as a medicinal herb.
