| Abstract: | The simple method is proposed for isolation and purification of staphylococcal alpha-toxin that permits one to obtain the homogeneous toxic protein with high activity. The time necessary for maximal toxin production at cultivation has been defined. The thermostability and interferonogenic characteristics of the obtained alpha-toxin were studied. |
