摘    要:目的:探讨PBL教学模式在营养学教学中的作用及不足,并评价其教学效果。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,选取第四军医大学2012级五年制营养学专业学员(114名)实施PBL教学,2011级五年制临床专业学员(159名)实施传统教学;从四个方面(考试成绩、教学满意度、学员解决未知问题的方式、学习兴趣及积极性)综合评价PBL教学效果。结果:与传统教学组相比较,PBL教学组的考试成绩、教学满意度、学员解决未知问题的方式以及学习兴趣均显著升高。结论:PBL教学模式不仅提高了学员的考试成绩,还提高了学员的学习能力与素质,有必要进一步优化并大力推广。

Construction and Assessment of Problem-based Learning Teaching Mode in Nutriology Course for Five-year ProgramMilitary Students
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects and existing problems of PBL implemented on the Nutrition and Food Hygiene teaching, and to evaluate the results of PBL.Methods:To divide the students into the PBL teaching group (students of five-year program Nutriology, 2012 year) and the traditional teaching group (students of five-year program clinical medicine, 2011 year) randomly, and to evaluate the teaching effects by the examinational test and the questionnaire survey (including three questionnaires: student''s satisfaction questionnaire, the way of problem-resolving questionnaire and a learning interesting/motivation questionnaire).Results:Compared with traditional teaching pattern, PBL teaching pattern actually has better effects on improving test scores, student satisfaction index, the learning interesting/motivation, and problem-solving way.Conclusion:PBL is a successful teaching method for five-years'' program military students which could improve the teaching quality and enhance the capabilities of students, as well as strengthen the intrests of learning, that is worth of further promoted.
