摘    要:为探讨三叶青在抗病毒中的作用,本文选取三叶青乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取部分和乙酸乙酯萃取部分,采用细胞病变抑制实验,以治疗指数(TI)为研究指标,研究各溶剂萃取部位、柱分离部分在MA104细胞中对呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)的抑制作用,从而筛选出三叶青抗RSV有效部位,分离活性成分。三叶青乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取部分和乙酸乙酯萃取部分的TI值分别为128和64,相对于阳性对照药利巴韦林(TI值为6.25)。说明三叶青乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取部分和乙酸乙酯萃取部分具有抗RSV的活性且明显优于利巴韦林。

Abstract:In order to explore the antiviral effect of Radix Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani,we continue to choose n-Rutanol and Ethyl acetate extractions from Radix Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani’s ethanol extract to investigate their anti RSV activity by method of cytopathic effect(CPE) and the therapeutic index(TI).MA104 cell was used in this experiment.Thereby we can find out the effective fraction of Radix Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani against RSV and isolate the active ingredients.Results showed that the TI of n-Rutanol and Ethyl acetate extraction are 128 and 64 respectively,and the TI of ribavirin is 6.25,which has a significant inhibitory effect on RSV.The results indicated that n-Rutanol and Ethyl acetate extraction of Radix Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani had antiviral activity against RSV and were obviously superior to ribavirin.
