Intraperitoneal pentobarbitone anaesthesia of Mystromys albicaudatus |

| Abstract: | Anaesthesia trials with intraperitoneal (i.p.) pentobarbitone sodium in Mystromys albicaudatus indicated that the optimum dose is between 4 and 5 mg/100 g bodyweight. No differences were detected in duration of anaesthesia associated with sex or time of day. |
