| Abstract: | In this paper, a new method of extracting the dinoflagellate Crypthecodinium cohnii chromosomes was proposed. The ultrastructure of dinoflagellate Crypthecodinium cohnii chromosome was studied by transmission electron microscope. The chromosome fibres of dinoflagellate fold in a different manner from that of typical eukaryotes. |
