| Abstract: | Proteins of protein bodies from lupin cotyledons were subjected to affinity chromatography on a column of Con A-Sepharose. About 42% of them contained sugar component. Globulin fractions soluble and precipitated at pH 4.4 contained 77% and 66% of glycoprotein, respectively. |
