不同地区分离的霍乱0139菌株交叉保护力试验

本文对得自不同地区的四株０１３９菌株做了毒力、免疫力及交叉免疫力试验；四个地区０１３９菌株免疫小鼠后血清ＩｇＧ、肠液ｓＩｇＡ抗体滴度的比较以及０１群霍乱与０１３９型霍乱的交叉保护力试验。结果表明：０１群霍乱与０１３９型霍乱无交叉免疫力。０１群霍乱菌苗对０１３９型霍乱弧菌基本无保护作用；四株菌株的自身毒力基本相同。３＃株免疫力高于其它株，用３＃株免疫后能抵抗２＃、３＃及５＃株的感染。四株菌株免疫小鼠

Cross Protection Test between four 0139 V. Cholerae Strains Isolated from Different Areas

The observation of immunogenicity and virulences on mice with four 0139 V. Cholera from different areas were carried out. The results of cross-protection tests showed that there was no correlation between 01 group cholera and non 01 group 0139 cholera strains. And no differences on the antibody titers of serum IgG and intestine fluid SIgA after immunizing mice using 0139 Strains from four areas when compared with ELISA. The similarity of the four 0139 strains were observed, but the protection of 3 # strain was higher than other strains.
