| 摘 要： | 机体在组织器官受到损伤时，细胞凋亡和机体对凋亡细胞的清除在组织再生中有着密不可分的联系，其背后促进受损组织器官再生的机制一直是研究热点所在。近期研究发现，巨噬细胞在清除凋亡细胞，维持机体稳态以及促进组织器官修复再生中起到了重要作用。本文主要从凋亡的信号通路、巨噬细胞的极化特点以及凋亡细胞与巨噬细胞的相互作用这3个方面对近期研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | When tissues and organs are suffering from damage, the apoptosis of damaged cells along with the clearance of such debris has contributed a lot to tissue regeneration. The underlying mechanism of how apoptotic debris promotes regeneration of damaged tissues and organs has always been a research hotspot. Recent studies have showed that macrophages play an important role in clearing apoptotic cells, maintaining homeostasis, and promoting tissue regeneration. This review summarizes recent studies from three aspects: the apoptotic signaling pathway, the polarization characteristics of macrophages, and the interaction between apoptotic cells and macrophages. |
