| Abstract: | The plant-based transient expression system using Agroinfiltration is high-efficient,safe and simple,which appears to be a promising technology for producing recombinant proteins.In this paper,we first summarize the establishment and the development of Agroinfiltration and its application in the aspect of producing recombinant proteins,and then some technical factors influencing the system are deeply discussed. |
