| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨特罗凯、易瑞沙所致中重度药疹的有效处理方法。方法:外涂氯洁霉素、百多邦,每5-6小时一次,二者交替使用。结果:中重度药疹得到有效控制,病人无一例因药疹而中断治疗。结论:氯洁霉素联合百多邦对特罗凯、易瑞沙所致中重度药疹有效,可临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effective treatment for epispasis caused by Irressa and Tarceva.Methods:The patients were alternativdy smeared Bactroban and Glindamycin on the affected parts every 5-6 hours.Results:All the patients' epispasis was well controlled,which didn't influence the normal treatment.Conclusion:Clindamycin combined with Bactroban is effective for epispasis caused by Irressa and Tarceva.It is suggested that it should be used in the clinical treatment. |
