浙江红花油茶嫩枝扦插育苗技术初步研究

摘    要:采用正交设计法进行田间试验,研究ABT1#生根粉不同的浓度、处理时间对浙江红花油茶嫩枝不同部位扦插成活的影响。结果表明:ABT1#生根粉处理可显著提高浙江红花油茶嫩枝插穗成活率,是影响扦插成活的关键因素。筛选出成活率最高的组合是A2B2C1,即:100 mg/L ABT1#生根粉处理浙江红花油茶嫩枝穗条梢段2 h。浙江红花油茶属于愈伤组织生根类型。

Abstract:Through orthogonal design in the fields, the effects of ABT1# rooting powder with different concentrations and different treatment time on cuttings survival of Camellia chekiangoleosa were studied. The results showed that: the ABT1# rooting powder treatment could significantly improve the survival rate of C. chekiangoleosa shoots cuttings, and ABT1# rooting powder was the key factors that influenced the cuttings survival. The combination with the highest survival rate in this experiment was A2B2C1 that 100 mg/L ABT1# on softwood shoots spike top section of C. chekiangoleosa for 2 hours. C. chekiangoleosa belongs to the type of rooting from callus.
