| 摘 要： | 目的研究纯蛇粉对小鼠抗疲劳的作用及影响。方法采用《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》（2003年版）缓解体力疲劳功能的检验方法。结果纯蛇粉对小鼠体重增长无影响;纯蛇粉能够明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加肝糖原含量,降低血清尿素氮及血乳酸含量。结论纯蛇粉具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of anti-fatigue with snake protein powder in mice.Methods Referring to the article health food testing and evaluation's technology guidelines-2003.Results It shows that Snake protein powder has no effect on the body weight in mice.Compared with control group,administration with Snake protein powder significantly increases the swimming time and the content of liver glycogen.Conclusion Snake protein powder reduces the levels of urea nitrogen and lactic acid in blood.The finding... |
