| Abstract: | Abstract An approach to the stereocontrolled synthesis of P-homochiral thiooligoribonucleotide: (Rp,Rp)- and (Sp,Sp)-diastereomers of uridinylyl′(3′, 5′)uridinylyl(3′,5′)uridine di (0,0-phosphorothioate) (9) is decribed. The influence of 2′-protection on the efficiency and stereochemistry of the coupling reaction is discussed. |
