Abstract: | Abstract A non-swellable, highly porous support material -CPG 3000 - was used in building up covalently bound nucleic acids by combined chemical and enzymatic methods. Bases are optimal accessible for hybridization and enzymatic reactions because they are not involved in the linking procedure. |
