| Abstract: | Abstract Stable reagents were made from nucleoside-phospho-rochloridites and polymeric sec. amines. Treatment of these with tetrazole/CH3CN and transfer of the resulting solution to immobilized oligonucleotide gave 95% chain elongation. |
