| Abstract: | Abstract MC exhibits A1 and A2 receptors with opposite actions on cAMP formation and 45Ca2+ uptake. ADO 10?4 M activated both second messengers, but neither A1 nor A2 receptors seem to be involved in these ADO-induced effects. |
