| Abstract: | Abstract A partially self-complementally decadeoxyribonucleotide, d(pCGACCCGGGT) has been 3′-blocked with the acetyl group and joined to d(CGACCCGGGT) to yield an eicosadeoxyribonucleotide duplex which contained recognition sites for six restriction enzymes. |
