| Abstract: | Abstract Identification and manipulation of molecules on the single molecule level is best done in microstructures. The capability of observing single dye molecules in microstructures is demonstrated. Single molecules of DNA (106 bp) labelled with the intercalating dye TO-PRO-1 could also be observed. |
