Abstract: | Abstract A paired adenosine kinase-positive/adenosine kinase-negative cell system is proposed to distinguish those adenosine analogues that need to be phosphorylated to exert their biological effects from those that are mainly targeted at S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase. |
