| 摘 要： | 超富集植物对重金属耐受和富集机制的研究成为近年来植物逆境生理研究的热点,在简要总结细胞壁沉淀、重金属螯合效应、酶活性机制和细胞区室化作用的基础上,概述了超富集植物对重金属的耐受机制,讨论了重金属跨根细胞质膜运输,共质体内运输、木质部运输和跨叶细胞膜运输的富集过程。

| Abstract: | The researches on the hyperaccumulators and the mechanisms of metal tolerance and accumulation of these plants have become hot region for plant stress physiology recently,which was reviewed in this paper.The tolerance mechanisms of hyperaccumulator was summarized on the base of a brief depiction of deposition on cell wall,chelation of metals,enzyme activity,cell compartmentation.The process of heavy metal absorption and accumulation including metal ion influx across root plasma membrane,transport within the root symplasm,transport in the xylem,transport across the leaf cell membrane were also reviewed. |
