| Abstract: | Bands in stained polyacrylamide gels, containing microgram quantities of protein, have been subjected to hydrolysis and subsequent amino acid analysis with fluorescamine. Analyses on these protein bands agree with deterinations performed on aqueous solutions of the protein and with published results. |
