两种发菜培养体系的筛选

摘    要:采用两种培养液,其中加入不同激素,并设置一定的浓度梯度,观察其对发菜生长及含氮量的影响。初步结果表明;培养液2中的发菜生长情况优于培养液1中的,不仅发菜增长率高,解体程度也低;两种培养液中的均是加入5mg/L NAA的发菜生长最好,培养液2的平均增长度达19.8%,培养液1的达10.7%;培养液2中的发菜的含氮量高于培养液1中的,但含氮量与激素种类和浓度无相关性。

Abstract:The effects on Nostoc flagelliforme growth rate and nitrogen content of two different culture systems and different kinds and concentrations of phytohormones were studied. The results showed that medium 2 could promote the growth better than medium 1.The growth rate of the Nostoc flagelliforme in the medium 2 was higher and the disintegration was lower than in the medium 1. Both of the two medium could promote the growth most when supplemented with 5mg/L NAA,and the average growth rate of Nostoc flagelliforme in the medium 2 was 19.8%,in the medium 1 was 10.7%. The nitrogen content in the medium 2 was higher than the medium 1, but there was no revelence between the nitrogen content and phytohormone kind.
