黄斑伊蚊感染及传播登革病毒的实验研究

摘    要:通过直接叮吸微量培养板中细胞培养液的方法感染蚊虫,首次证明黄斑伊蚊(Aedes(Stegomyia)flauopictus)传播登革病毒,蚊体感染率为24.6%,涎腺感染率为2.1%.上述结果表明黄斑伊蚊是登革热的潜在媒介,但媒介效能较低.

Abstract:Transmission of dengue virus by orally infected Acdes (S.) flavopictus was proved for the first time by using the methed of direct imbibition of cell medium, The infeetion rates of the whole mosquito and the saiivary gland were 24.6% and 2.1% respectively,showing thatAedes Havopictus is a potential vector of dengue fever, but its vector efficiency is low as dis-played by its low rate of salivary gland infection.
