| 摘 要： | 帕金森病（ＰＤ）已经成为常见的神经系统疾病之一，然而其病因不明。一个多世纪以来，围绕ＰＤ是由于环境因素、遗传因素或是两者相结合而致病的争论学方面的研究一直存在不少争论。最近一些与ＰＤ相关的致病基因的确定对我们认识遗传因素在ＰＤ发病中的作用提供了新的证据。

| Abstract: | Parkinson's disease(PD) has now become one of the most commonly encounteredneurological diseases. However, the etiology of this disorder still remain elusive. The debate overwhether PD is caused by environmental agents, genetic factors or a combination of both has lastedfor over a century. Recently, the identification of some genetic mutations responsible for PD offersus a new insight in understanding the role of genetic factors in the etiology of PD. |
