| Abstract: | This study describes an approach to cultivation of Pneumocystis carinii (I c) on 2 cell lines derived from lung (A549, human and L2, rat) with emphasis on the organisms which adhered to the cells. Immunofluorcsccnt staining was used for growth assays. |
