摘    要:以传统石蜡切片方法为基础,在固定、软化、包埋、染色等具体方法上进行了适合松萝属植物特点的改良。结果表明:采用改良制片方法获得了染色清晰、组织完整的桦树松萝切片。桦树松萝地衣体横切面结构从外到内依次划分为皮层、藻层、髓层和中轴;皮层是由横向分裂的菌丝交织成类似于高等植物的假厚壁组织,藻层由大量共生藻的藻细胞和菌丝所组成;髓层由疏松的菌丝体组成;中轴由致密的菌丝体组成。

Abstract:According to problem existing in the traditional paraffin section preparation,we made some improvements about the Usnea's manufacture of paraffin section.With Usnea betulina Mot.from high elevation areas as the subject,based on the research of material selection,fixation,dehydration,infiltration,embedding,section and dye of its tissues,clear paraffin sections were made and staining was processed.The characteristic,microscopic trait and transverse section of tissue structure were studied,and according to the identity of hyphae made us understand the range of structure:the cortex;the algal layer;the medulla and the central cord.The cortex's hyphae are usually oriented in various directions and so compressed as to appear cellular.The algal layer is composed of scattered clumps of algae and loosely interwoven hyphae.The medulla is composed of loosely interwoven hyphae.The central cord is composed of compressed hyphae.
