Abstract:r-69B is a nouse-mouse hybridoma cell, producing monoclonal antibody IgG against buman r-IFN. It was cultured in 1. OL spinner bottle which was assembled rotating basket packed by 8. 0g Fibra-Cel carries for 21 days, The agitation was 100r/min. In the bottle the cell concentration and MAb was about one time more than suspension culture. The spinner botlle was assembled simply and used in general laboratory. Also it could be used for different cells, including anchorage dependent and independent cells.
