| Abstract: | A method for the simultaneous staining of proteins during polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with Coomassie brilliant blue R-250 at pH 2.5 is described. Calf thymus whole histone and cytochrome c were stained by this method and the results obtained were similar to that obtained by staining after electrophoresis. |
