| Abstract: | Group B meningococcal antigens, such as polysaccharide, lipopolysaccharide, protein preparation, as well as sonicates obtained from meningococcal cells, groups A, B and C, have been isolated. On the basis of these preparations the parameters of an enzyme immunoassay system for the detection of antibodies to individual meningococcal antigens have been established, and the specificity of the system and the possibility of using it for the evaluation of the level of antibodies to meningococci in human sera have been studied. |
