Galectin-7、S100A9、NMP238在放疗敏感性不同宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

目的:观察S100A9、Galectin7、NMP238在放疗敏感性不同宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:收集治疗前宫颈癌组织标本,病理诊断均为中分化鳞癌,在进行放疗后,根据WHO实体瘤放疗疗效判断标准,从中选择60例对放疗敏感的病例(高敏感组)和35例对放疗不敏感的病例(低敏感组),应用免疫组织化学方法检测组织中这些蛋白的表达。结果:免疫组化结果显示S100A9、Galectin7的表达强度和表达率在高敏感组中均高于低敏感组,NMP238在低敏感组中的表达强度及表达率高于高敏感组。结论:S100A9、Galectin7和NMP238与宫颈癌放疗敏感性有关。

Expression of S100A9,Galectin-7 and NMP238 in Cervical Carcinoma Tissues with Different Radiotherapy Sensitivity

Objective:To investigate significance and expression of S100A9, Galectin-7 and NMP238 in cervical carcinoma tis-sues with different radiotherapy sensitivity.Methods:Neoplasmic tissues were collected from untreated cervical carcinoma patients.The tissues were classified into two groups:high sensitivity group(HS)(n= 60 cases) and low sensitivity group(LS)(n= 35 cases), according to their response to radiotherapy(WHO Standard).S100A9, Galectin-7 and NMP238 expression were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:S100A9 and galectin7 in HS group and NMP238 in LS group were highly expressed by immunohistochemical method.Conclusion:S100A9, Galectin7 and NMP238 expressions are associated with radiotherapy sensitivity.
