摘    要:通过根癌农杆菌(Agrobacteriumtumefaciens)介导,采用叶盘法将天麻(GastrodiaelataBl.)抗真菌蛋白基因GAFP转入烟草(NicotianatabacumL.),PCR和Southern blotting分析证明已将GAFP基因整合进烟草植株。体外抑菌实验表明GAFP转基因的烟草植株对真菌瑞氏木霉(Trichodermareesei)表现出一定的抑菌活性。

Abstract:Mediated by %Agrobacterium tumefaciens%, the gene of Gastrodia Antifungal Protein (GAFP) was transferred into tobacco (%Nicotiana tabacum %L.) using the leaf|disk method. Results of PCR and Southern|blotting proved that GAFP gene was integrated into the tobacco genome. Extracts of transgenic lines showed resistance to the growth of %Trichoderma reesei in vitro, %which suggests that the GAFP gene was expressed efficiently in transgenic tobacco and denoted antifungal activity.
