转移及非转移肿瘤移植后615小鼠血液流变学变化的研究

摘    要:血道高转移瘤株FC、淋巴合并血道高转移瘤株U14、淋巴道高转移瘤株H22、非转移瘤株P615分别接种于336只纯系近交615小鼠.不同时间取血并处死动物,进行组织学及血液流变学检查.将转移瘤发展过程分为潜伏期、侵袭期、转移早、中、晚期,非转移瘤发展过程分为潜优期、增殖期、囊腔形成期及中心坏死期.本实验结果显示,不同转移能力及途径肿瘤发展的不同时期血液流变学变化规律不同,因而表明肿瘤侵袭、转移与血液流变学变化之间存在互为因果的紧密关系.其临床诊断及治疗意义被讨论.


STUDY ON THE HEMORHEOLOGY OF 615-STRAIN MICE AFTER TRANSPLANTATION OF METASTATIC AND NON-METASTATIC TUMORS

Abstract:Tumor cells FC (haematogenous metastasis) , U14 (lymphatic and haematoge-neous metastasis) , H22 (lymphatic metastasis) and P615 (non-metastasis) were respectively transplanted into inbred 615-strain mice. These mice were killed on different days after the transplantation of the tumor cells for histological and he-morheological examinations. Based on the histological findings the development of the metastatic tumors were divided into 5 stages, namely latent stage, invasive stage, early metastatic stage, middle metastatic stage and late metastatic stage and the development of the non-metastatic tumor was divided into 4 stages, namely latent stge,proliferative stage,stage of cyst-formation and stage of central necrosis. The results of the experiment indicated that the plasma and blood viscosity both elevated in early periods of metastatic tumor development and decreased in late periods of above processes, the aggregation and haematocrit of red blood cells also dropped but thier rigidity increased in late periods of metastatic tumor development. Above hemorheological changes were started at latent stage (earliest) for tumor FC of haematogenous metastasis, at invasive stage (later) for tumor U14 of lymphatic and haematogenous metastasis, in early metastatic stage (latest) for tumor H22 of lymphatic metastasis. The changes of the hemorheological values were larger after transplantions of both haematogenous metastatic tumor FC and lymphatic and haematogenous metastatic tumor U14. The changes of hemorheological values after transplantation of lymphatic metastatic tumor H22 were smaller than the changes of above FC and U14. Most hemorheological values were keeping in steady levels in the whole development process of non-metastasis tumor P615. The relationship between invasion and metastasis of tumor and hemorheological changes were discussed. The significances of above results for diagnosing and treating of tumor patients were analyzed.
