| Abstract: | Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK5) control the progression throughthe cell cycle. Using a two-hybrid approach, two clones encodingproteins interacting with the Arabidopsis thailana CDK Cdc2aAtwere identified. One clone encoded a novel putative substrateof Cdc2aAt, whereas the second clone was identified as a D-typecyclin (cycDl;1).
