紫外光照射对兰花原球茎增殖、分化和超微结构的影响

摘    要:本文研究结果表明:紫外光照射1小时有利于兰花原球茎的增殖,照射0.5小时有利于原球茎的分化。较高剂量的紫外光照射可导致细胞核的变形、皱缩、线粒体液泡化。在一定照射剂量条件下,紫外光照射可提高细胞无丝分裂颜率。

Abstract:This paper deals with the effects of UV radiation on the proliferentiation and ul-trastructure of protocorm of Cymbidium goeringii.The results showed that the UV radiationof 0.5 and 1 hour increased the rate of differentiation and proliferation of protocorm respec-tively. The ultrastructure observation showed that the UV radiation of 1 hour caused thevacuolization of mitochondria and the nuclei changed shape and shrank, The UV radiation of0.5 hour increased the freqency of amitosis.
